Do I need a referral from my GP to see a physiotherapist?
No clients can self-refer and book directly with us.
What can physiotherapy help with?
Common issues such as back and neck pain, sports injuries, joint problems, muscle pain and rehabilitation.
What should I expect at my first physiotherapy appointment?
You will get an initial assessment of your symptoms, movement assessment and treatment plan.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on your medical history, the complexity, nature and the length of time you have had your injury.
Do you do home visits?
Before creating any ticket, please search through the available public tickets, from there you may find the answers you need without the need to submit a new one and wait for the answer.
What should I wear to my physiotherapy appointment?
Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows movement is ideal.
What are your opening hours
Monday - Friday: 09:00 – 17:00
Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Do you have a car park
Onsite parking with 90 minutes free. Please be aware that this is monitored via parking eye and if you do park for longer please make sure your car registration has been put onto the system (Ipad by the door).
Do you have a cancellation policy?
If you cannot keep an appointment with us, please give us notice as soon as possible. A message can be left after hours. If less than twenty four hours notice is given, a full cancellation fee will apply. If within forty eight hours a 50% fee will apply. This relates to all clients irrespective of their method of funding (i.e. Interim company, insurance company, etc).
What should I bring to a yoga class?
Mats and props provided by the studio. Bring some water and wesr comfortable clothing.
Which class is right for me?
We offer Yoga & Pilates Classes for rehabilitation, including yoga for back-care. Our Yoga Flow classes are more traditional and suitable for most abilties. Usually with a gentle start and a stronger finish. Yin Yoga is a slower practice with postures held for longer - amazing for your physical body and metal health. If you are new to exercise please get in touch and we can advise on the best class to get started with.
Does Acupuncture hurt?
Acupuncture needles are much thinner than injection needles, and many people feel no pain at all. You might feel a dull ache, tingling, or a mild heavy or electrical sensation when a needle goes in
How does Acupuncture work?
Studies have shown that acupuncture works by causing your body to release its own pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory chemicals, such as endorphins and cortisol.
